U.S. Radium Corp. Gentlement In reply to Mr. Markley's letter of September 24th, we give the enswers to the interrogatories in the above entitled Action. 1. From Jenuary 1 to October 1, 1917, the officers and directors were as follows: Sabin A. von Sochocky, President à Director Robert A, Granniss, Jr,Vice-Pres.& Director Paul M. Willis, Secretary-Treas. & Director Horbert R. Rowland, Director Allen W. Everts, Director From October 1 to October 11: George 8. Willis, Chairman & Director Allen II, Evarts , President& Director Robert A, Gramiss, Jr., Vice-Pres. & Director Roy T. Strahsn, Secretary & Director Paul M. Willis, Treasurer & Director Sabin A. von Sochocky, Director William R. Montgomery, Director On October 11th, Boy T. Strahan and William R. Montgonery resigned as Directors and were replaced by F. Red- ming Cross and Welter P. Bliss. - 2 - 2. Radium Luminous Material Corporation. 3. September 1, 1921. 4. Until October 1, 1917 incorporated under the laws of the State of New York. 5. Redium Luminous Material Corporation, a New York Corporation. 6. On or about the early part of 1915. 7. A variation of from one part radio-active to 50,000 to 120,000 parts sinc. 8. So for as the know, the radio-sctives were in sulphate form. 9. Do not know, as there is no one employed by the Corporation at this time who was employed during the years in question. 10. The basic material in the Water Adhesive was Gua Arabic. The principal ingredients in the Oil Adhesive were Gun Mastic and Oil of Rosenary. Probably we should have a discussion on some of these answers before they are incorporated in your official enswer to Mr. Unger.
