My dear Mr. Markley:-
I have yours relative to the
additional Interrogatories asked by Mr. Emmerglick.
I have received a copy of the proposed answers from
Mr. Lee.
I think you and I and Mr. Barker
and Mr. Lee should have a conference on Friday at two
o'clock, if we can, to go over the witnesses' testimony
and plan out a procedure.
