Dear Judge Forman:
When I spoke to you last in regard to a date for
I 'inal hearing of the above equit y suit, I understood tha t
when you had your calendar arranged you would advise me as
to what date you would fix for the trial, which would be
sometime after October 15th.
In fixing this date may I kindly request you to
keep in mind that it will take us two or three weeks to
bring our experts on from the far West, so that when you do
fix a date, make it at least three weeks off.
