Att. Leonard J. Emmerglick, Esg.
Dear Mr. Emmerglick:
Herewith original and copy of answers to further
in terrogatories. Please acknowledge service on the cover of
the original and return in the enclosed stamped envelope.
You will note from these answers that the present
defendant had no existence prior to October 1, 1917; that on
that date it was first incorporated and took over by purchase
the assets of another company which was incorporated in the
State of New York, whereas the defendant was originally in-
corporated and still is in the State of Delaware.
We call these facts to your a ttention so tha t
if heretofore there has been any statement that the defendant
existed prior to October 1, 1917 or that it employed anyone
pr ior to that date, that such statement may be known to be
in error and same is corrected hereby.
Please ackn owledge receipt of this letter.
Yours very truly,
EAM: :A G
