mation is sa followst
(1) The Material Corporetioa,
incorporated under the laws os the State of lisw York, une
organised ead begna basinoss en July 12, 1915.
(x) The Radius bisinous Corporation,
incorporated under the 2ase of the State of Delawsuro, uss in-
corporated July 27, 1917, but dis not begin business until
obar 1, 1917, et maleb time it took over the assets and operations
of the Hes Tork Corporation.
(3) The Redium Lemineus Corporation of
New York, previous to October 1, 1917, an application
plant in N.J. After Detobez lota the application plant
in Newarks una operated lay the Delesare Corporation.
(4) On September 1, 1921 the nemo of the Redium
Material Corporation was chonged to thet of the United
States Rediam Gorporation. This a change in nases only, with
qut any change thatsoever in the corporate stock
