U.S. Redium Corp. Contlement In enswer to Mr. Markley's letter of October 17th, sad Mr. Emerglick's letter of October 9th, the infor- mation is as follows: (1) The Radium Luminous Material Corporation, incorporated under the Laws of the State of Bow York, use organized and began business on July 12, 1915. (2) The Radium Luminous Material Corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, Will in- corporated July 27, 1917, but did not begin business until Oct- ober 1, 1917, at which time it took over the assets and operations of the Box York Corporation. (3) The Redium Luminous Material Corporation of New York, previous to October 1, 1917, operated an application plant in Names, N.J. After October 1st, the application plant in Newark, B.J. was operated by the Delevare Corporation. (4) On September 1, 1921 the name of the Redium Luminous Material Corporation was changed to that of the United States Redium Corporation. This una a change in name only, with- out any change whatsoever in the corporate or stock structure.
