November 8, 1934. Dr. Berman Schlundt, Room 110 New Chemistry Bldg., Columbia, Mo. Dear Dr. Schlundt: The LaPorte case has been ealled for November 26th, which means that there will only be three days of hearing that week, as Thursday is Day, and Friday the Court's motion day. Our side of the case will probably not como up much before Monday, December Brd, and we have requested Dr. Lind to appear on that date, and believe it will be satisfactory if you also can arrange to be hore at that tims It is possible we may desire to have a conference on the Sunday Evening previous to December 3rd.
