Dr. Herman Schlundt,
Room 110 New Chemistry Bldg.,
Columbia, Mo.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
The LaPorte case has been called for November
26th, which means that there will only be three days of hearing
that week, as Thursday is Thanksgiving Day, and Friday the Court's
motion day. Our side of the case will probably not come up much
before Monday, December 3rd, and we have requested Dr. Lind to
appear on that date, and believe it will be satisfactory if you
also can arrange to be here at that time.
It is possible we may desire to have a conference
on the Sunday Evening previous to December 3rd. We will advise
you specifically on this point a little later.
Please advise us as to your availability on the
date specified.
