Gentlemen:
On November 7, 1934, I spoke to Judge
Forman at the Federal Court at Newark and he informed
me that he had set aside two weeks for the trial of
this case, beginning November 26th. However, there
will only be three trial days in the first week, viz.,
the 26th, 27th and 28th. The 29th is a holiday and
the 30th is a motion day.
In the second week we will have four
days, December 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th. If the case is
not completed by the 6th, I believe that Judge Forman
will continue it to a later date.
Yours very truly,
EAM:AM.
