Attn: Reference IICB
Gentlemen:
We have your letter of November 16th relative
to inquiry of a Newark attorney for copies of the Journal
containing our advertisments in 1925.
For your information I am glad to advise that
this request undoubtedly comes from the attorney who is
prosecuting a case in hehalf of one of our formor employees
who claims to have suffored from "Radium Poisoning". We
seriously doubt the pertinence of the advertisements you
carried for us in 1925 , as the girl in question quit vork-
ing for us back in 1918.
While we are not disposed to do do anything to
aid the plaintiff's attorney in these matters, still we will
leave the matter to your judgnent as to supplying the journals
in question.
Very truly yours,
HHBarker:D
