Nov. 19,1934. Dr. S. C. Lind, University of Minnesota. Minnespolis, Minn. Re: LaBorte VS. U.S. Redium Corp. Dear Dr. Lind: The latest information is that we should like to have you available in Newark on December 3rd. As previous- Ly pointed out, we expect the plaintiffs to put their case in on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, starting November 26th, and we in turn will have to put in the defense starting on or about December 3rd. We shall make reservations at the Robert Treat Hotel, Newark, N.J., advising them that you will arrive some time during the day. We are preparing considerable information that will be helpful in enabling you to testify to the facts which we wish to develop, as well as prepare you in a way for cross ex- amination by the plaintiffs' attorney. I hope to get this data off to you some time during the week. With kind regards, I am, Sincerely yours, HUBArker:DK Vice-President
