Re: LaPorte vs. U.S. Redium Corp.
Dear Dr. Failla:
We are herewith enclosing:
(1) Memorandum for Scientific Witnesses.
(2) List of references which the plaintiff's attor-
ney will doubtless cite to you upon cross examination.
The Memorandum for Scientific Witnesses, dated Aug-
ust 28, 1934, was written with the idea that you would be
better able to answer the plaintiff's attorney's questions
upon cross examination if you had an idea as to what the Action
really involved.
A good many of the articles listed under (2), you are
doubtless already familiar with. All articles which are not
starred, we have either reprints or photostatic copies in our
files which we shall be glad to place at your disposal prior to
testifying. Articles that bear the star, we do not have.
Very truly yours,
HHBarker:DK
Vice-President
