We are berewith enclosing:
(1) Memorandum for Scientific Witnesses.
(2) Mot of references to which plaintiff's attor-
ney will in all probability ask our experts if they are familier
with. This list URD taken from the deposition of Dr. Schlundt.
We are today sending copies of these two memorandums
to Dr. Schlunit and Dr. Lind, and upon your approval, we will
aend copies to Dr. Flinn, Dr. Failla and Dr. Pegram, whom we
hope to have as expert witnesses.
