Dear Dr. Lind:
We are herowith enclosing:
(1) demorandum for Scientific Witnesses.
(2) List of references which the plaintiff's attor-
ney will doubtless cite to you upon cross examination.
The Memorandum for Scientific Witnesses, dated Aug-
ust 28, 1954, vas written with the idea that you would be
better ablen to answer the plaintiff's attorney's questions
upon cross examination if you had en idea as to what the Action
really involved.
A good many of the articles listed under (2), you are
doubtless already faniliar with. All articles which are not
starred we have either reprints or photostatic copies in our
files which you can examine upon your arrival in New York.
Articles that bear the star, we do not have.
