Dr. Herman Schlundt,
Room 110, New Chemistry Bldg.,
Columbia, Missouri.
Ret LaPorte VS. U.S. Radium Corp.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
There is a possibility that Mr. Emmerglick will
not complete his aide of the case prior to Thanksgiving, and
if he does not, he will have to carry over to December 3rd,
and possibly the 4th.
It may be in such event that we could not put
you on until December 4th or 5th. If it is important that
you remain in Columbia as long as possible, we can advise
you by wire on Wednesday, November 28th, as to when we will
be able to put you on the stand.
The question of toxicity of thoriun-X is apt to
be pertinent, and as I recall, yot have reviewed the literature
on this subject and can speak authoritetively. lie may call upon
you in this connection.
Very truly yours,
HHBarker# DK
lice-President
