Dear Dr. Lind:
There is a possibility that the plaintiff will
not aucceed in completing their side of the case on Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, and if they do not, they
will have to carry OVer to December Brd.
We will have definite information on this'point
on Wednesday, November 28th, and ahall wire you definitely
at that time as to the necessity of your being here December
3rd. We will give you a definite date es to when we will need
your assistance.
