My dear Barker,
Your letter of November 24th has just come to hand and
I realize that it will be rather difficult totell when I
shall be needed to give testimony. Let me say that the only
restriction on my stay in the east will be this, I must
be back here in Columbia on the morning of Friday, December
7th, which means, of course, that I have to be traveling on
Thursday, the 6th. My present plan is to be in Newark
either late Sunday night or early Monday morning.
