Dear Dr. Schlundt:
In accordance with our recent letter, we are
herewith enclosing abstracts of a good many articles in the
literature dealing with matters pertinent to the above Action.
Some of these articles the plaintiff's attorney will doubtless
refer to, and 8 good many of them will be called to your atten-
tion upon direct examination by our counsel. Naturally, we can-
not hope to cover the entire list of articles to which the plain-
tiff's attorney will refer, when at the moment their case is not
in.
