Dear Dr. Failla: We herewith hand you via messenger a transcript of the testimony of Dr. Lind in the above Action, which we believe you will find the reading of helpful in preparation of your taking the witness stand. Our present plan calls for Dr. Schlundt to testify on Monday, and we should appreciate having a conference with you on Monday night at 5 o'clock, or as soon thereafter as it is con- venient, at the Robert Treat Hotel, in Newark, N.J. The room for the conference will be registered in the name of Mr. Lee. Please bring with you the transcript of the testimony when you come to the conference.
