In accordance with our telephone conversation
of even date, I an glad to herewith advise that you at-
tended conferences account LaPorte vs. United States Radium
Corp, at the Robert Treat Hotel, Newark, N.J. on December
10th, 11th and 17th. You appeared in court and testified
on December 20th.
There is also the matter of preparation for trial
which your bill should show. We will be glad to have your bill.
