Ernst A. Pohle, M.D.,
University of Wisconsin,
Madison, Wis.
Dear Dr. Pohle:
Your letter of December 31st, enclosing the one
of December 13th addressed to Newark, has been received. I
presume the reason the one at Newark was not delivered WES
due to the fact that my name did not appear on the register
as one stopping at the Hotel.
We wish to thank you for the consideration you gave
us on your way back to Chicago, and the "dope" included in your
letter of December 13th. However, the question of "histocytes"
WSS not raised again, and I doubt whether Dr. Schlundt could have
qualified to discuss this particular subject, even though he un-
doubtedly knows considerable about it.
The case was finished on Thursday, December 27th, and
the Judge requested that final briefs must be submitted to him by
February 18th, after which he can take his time reviewing same
and render his decision. We shall probably be lucky if we have
8 final decision in the matter by June or July.
I again wish to thank you for your cooperation in
assisting us in this case. Your bill has been duly received,
and as soon as #6 have some of our financial arrangements relative
to this case adjusted, check will go forward.
With kind regards,
Sincerely yours,
HHBarker:DK
Vice-President
