SS\nTHE STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO OUR SHERIFF OF\nOUR COUNTY OF HUDSON, GREETING:- -\n(IS)\nWE COMMAND YOU, as before we have commanded you,\nthat of the goods and chattels, rights and credits of Vincent P.\nLaporte, Defendant, in your County, you cause to be made the sum of\nTwo thousand five hundred seventy-five dollars and thirteen cents\nwhich to Fred G. Shupp, Plaintiff By the judgment of Essex Circuit\nCourt-docketed lately in our Supreme Court, at Trenton, for his\ndamages which he has sustained and which were adjuged to him in an\naction at law, and also for his costs and charges by him about his\nsuit in this behalf expended, whereof the said defendant is convicted\nas appears of record; and if sufficient goods and chattels, right\nand credits of the said defendant cannot be found in your County,\nwhereof the damages aforesaid may be made, THEN we further command\nyou that you cause the whole, or the residue, as the case may re-\nquire, of the said damages to be made of the lands, tenements,\nhereditaments and real estate whereof the said defendant was seized\non the eighth day of December nineteen hundred and thirty-three or\nat any time afterwards, in whose hands soever the same may be; and\nthat you have that money before our Justices aforesaid, at Trenton\naforesaid, on the first Tuesday in May next, to render unto the\nsaid plaintifi for his damages aforesaid, and have you then and\nthere this writ\nWITNESS, THOMAS J.
