Shupp, Plaintiff, vs. Vincent P. LaPorte, Defendant, served
on us February 15th, 1935.
Be essume there is nothing in this that interests
us, end it is merely a question of any claim there any be
against funds due in case LePorte is awarded damages against
the U.S. Redium Corporation.
If there is any action which should be taken, we
sak that you proceed in your usual way to protect us.
