Dear Dr. Schlundt:
In reply to your letter of February 16th,
I must advise that there has been considerable delay in
filing briefs in the Laforte case due to the fact that the
Judge decided he would require transcript of the testimony.
As yet this transcript has not been completed, and His Honor
has allowed attorneys' postponement of the date of argument
until such time as the transcript could be in their possession.
We presume we will be fortunate if we have decision in this
matter by mid-summer.
