Dear Mrs. Bergen:
I was a little confused regarding the credits which we
should have received for the daily transcript of testimony
in the above case. I have gone over this matter again and
believe that we did not give you credit for the copy which
you originally charged us 254 per folio, at 104 per folio.
Te are herewith attaching corrections on the corrected
invoices of Febraary 5, 9 and 16, and enclosing check accord-
ingly. We believe that this fully adjusts the matter for
the transcript of testimony so far delivered.
