In accordance with our conversation this
morning, I am herewith returning to you our check #5251 for
$178.77, and wish to advise this check as well as our check
#5253 for $133.75 should be applied on account, rather than
against the specific invoices to which these checks referred.
It is our understanding that this matter is
to be finally adjusted in accordance with the suggestion of
Mr. Markley.
