Dear Mr. Markley:
I have had some discussion with Mrs. Bergen
relative to stenographer's fees account transcript of testi-
mony, and both ahe and Mrs. Gulliver are not disposed to give
us the credit which 1 feel we are entitled to.
lie, howevor, have decided to let the matter
rest for the moment and in due course we shall take the sub-
ject up with you and both be guided by your decision in the
matter.
As soon as we have complete transcript of
the testimony, we shall discuss this matter with you.
