MC DEVITT RAYMOND J. LAMB JAMES J. LANGAN JOHN F. LEONARD CHARLES H. SCHAFER ADOLPH S. HUMMEL EARLE J. HARRINGTON March 28, 1935. Re: United States Radium Corporation. C. B. Lee, Esq., President, United States Radium Corp., 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Dear Mr. Lee: I was in Trenton on the 27th and found that Mr. Toohey was in Palm Beach and was on his way back by motor. I therefore drafted the enclosed letter and left it with enclosures at Trenton and sent another copy to Mr. Toohey's office in Newark. Mr. Toohey is expected back by the end of the week and I believe we will have some word from him by the middle of next week. I shall keep you advised of developments. With kindest regards, EAM: AG Eventley Sincerely yours, MAR 29 1935
