Dear Sirs: I have been retained by Mr. Harold John Weber, who is the surviving husband of Louise C. Hanle Weber, who died on February 18th, 1935, to recover damages by reason of the death of his wife which was caused by radium poisoning contracted while she was an employee of your company in New Jersey. The deceased during the course of her employment with your company was unmarried and known as Louise C. Hanle and resided in West Orange, N. J.
