Re: Louise C. Hanle Weber.
Dear Sirs:
I have been retained by Mr. Harold
John Weber, who is the surviving husband of Louise
C. Hanle Weber, who died on February 18th, 1935,
to recover damages by reason of the death of his
wife which was caused by radium poisoning contracted
while she was an employee of your company in New
Jersey. The deceased during the course of her
employment with your company was unmarried and known
as Louise C. Hanle and resided in West Orange, N. J.
Will you kindly advise me, after
consideration of this matter, whether an amicable
disposition can be made in the premises.
Yours very truly,
andowan
