John J. Toohey, Esq.,
Commissioner of Labor,
Trenton, N.J.
Dear Sir:
lie have your letter of May 14th relative to
the question of our re-occupying our plant located in Orenge,
N.J., andnote with interest your comments.
In our opinion, which is based on our own personal
experience and on the advice of leading scientists and physicians,
there is no unuaual hazard connected with our industry as now con-
ducted. However, after due consideration, we have decided not to
nove our operations to the state of Now Jorsey.
Very truly yours,
CBLee: DK
