June 17,1935. Mr. Leonard J. Emmerglick, 11 Commerce Street, Newark, N.J. Re: Weber vs. U.S. Radium Corp. Dear Mr. Emmerglick: When your letter of May Slst arrived, I was on an extended trip, which accounts for the delay in answering, as the matter was held for ay attention It seems to us that it would be best for all parties concerned, if this matter could rest until Judge Formen has rendered a decision in the case now pending before him. However, if you deem it advisable, we would be glad to have you give us whatever information you may have regarding Mrs. Weber's period of employment, nature and extent of her illness, diagnosis, attending physicians, etc. Any information you may give, or any action we may take, is without prejudice to either side in case of 8 suit being instituted on Fahalf of Mrs. Weber's legal representatives. Cordially yours, CBLee:DK President
