MILTON M° UNGER
Counsellor At Law
11 Commerce Street
Newark, N.J.
June 26, 1935.
U. S. Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
ATTENTION MR° LEE
My dear Mr. Lee:--
I have been retained by Anita Burrecelli of
34 Tomkins St. West Orange, to take up with you or institute
proceedings in connection with her claim for damages result-
ing from radium poisoning contracted while working for you dur-
ing the years 1917 to 1922 inclusive.
Mr. Emmerglick is in the case with me and you may
negotiate with him as in the Laporte case.
I would appreciate an early reply as to the attitude
of the company towards settlement, any discussions to be without
prejudice.
Yours very truly,
(signed)
Leonard J. Emmerglick
