ATTENTION MR° LEE My dear Mr. Lee:-- I have been retained by Anita Burrecelli of 34 Tomkins St. West Orange, to take up with you or institute proceedings in connection with her claim for damages result- ing from radium poisoning contracted while working for you dur- ing the years 1917 to 1922 inclusive. Mr. Emmerglick is in the case with me and you may negotiate with him as in the Laporte case. I would appreciate an early reply as to the attitude of the company towards settlement, any discussions to be without prejudice. Yours very truly, (signed) Leonard J.
