My dear Mr. Lee: I have been retained by Anita Burrcelli of 34 Tapkins St. West Orange, to take up with you or institute proceedings in connection with her claim for damages resulting from radium poisoning contracted while working for you during the years 1917 to 1922 inclusive. Mr. Emmerglick is in the case with me and you may negotiate with him as in the LaPorte case.
