ATTENTION MR. LEE.
My dear Mr. Lee:
I have been retained
by Anita Burrcelli of 34 Tapkins St. West Orange,
to take up with you or institute proceedings in
connection with her claim for damages resulting
from radium poisoning contracted while working
for you during the years 1917 to 1922 inclusive.
Mr. Emmerglick is in
the case with me and you may negotiate with him
as in the LaPorte case.
I would appreciate
an early reply as to the attitude of the company
towards settlement, any discussions to be without
prejudice.
Yours very truly,
