EMMERGLICK & EMMERGLICK COUNSELLORS AT LAW 11 COMMERCE STREET LEONARD J. EMMERGLICK SEYMOUR A. EMMERGLICK NEWARK, N.J. June 29, 1935. Re: Weber V. U.S. Radium Corp. United States Radium Corp., 535 Pearl St., New York City. Att: Mr. C. B. Lee. My dear Mr. Lee:- In view of the fact that this is a death case it would be necessary even if some settlement or adjustment of this claim could be made, to institute suit. For the purpose of avoiding any unnecessary delay, I propose to bring an action at this time although we have not yet completed our preliminary dis- cussions. I shall be glad to discuss with you further, without prejudice, any plan which you may have for the amicable adjustment of this matter. Cordially yours, honard LEONARD J. EMMERGLICK lich LJE:D JUL 2 1935
