COPY UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION 535 Pearl Street New York City. July 2, 1935. Milton M. Unger, Counsellor At Law, 11 Commerce St., Newark, N.J. Attn: Mr. Leonard J. Emmerglick Re: Anita Burcelli vs. U.S. Radium Corp. Dear Sir: In answer to your letter of June 26th regarding a possible claim against this corporation by Anita Burcelli; it is our thought that thismatter could very well rest until Judge Forman has rendered his decision in the LaPorte case. However, without prejudice to either side of the case in event of litigation, we would be glad to have you give us whatever information you may have regarding Miss Burcelli's exact period of employment, attending physicians, diagnosis, nature and extent of her illness. Very truly yours, CBLee: DK President
