Re: Weber vs. U.S. Radium Corp.
Dear Mr. Emmerglick:
As indicated to you in our letter of June
17th, we thought it best that this matter remain in abeyance
until Judge Forman's decision in the LaPorte case, but if you
have reached the conclusion to institute suit, this is a matter
over which we have no control.
Of course it is understood that any correspondence
or negotiations which we have had, or may have, bearing on the
question of settlement of this claim, are without prejudice to
either side.
