In view of the fact that discussions will probably take some time to be completed, and the further fact that in the La Porte case the question of laches was raised by the defense, I deem it advisable to institute suit at this time. of course, I will be glad to send you the information I have on the subjects you mention in your letter, and will be glad to discuss, without prejudice, any plan you may care to suggest for the disposal of the matter.
