employees, we are enclosing herewith copies of correspondence with
Mr. Leonard J. Emmerglick, which is self-explanatory.
We are also enclosing photostatic copy of our em-
ployment record, which seems to be fairly complete. However, if this
claim results in a suit, we may have different periods of employment
to contend with.
We assume that you will wish to be kept advised of
this matter as it develops.
