Gentlemen:- The receipt of your communication dated July 3rd relating to the foregoing matter is hereby acknowledged. In view of the decision rendered in the State of New Jersey in the matter of the United States Radium Corp. versus New Amsterdam Casualty Company, we assume said communication was sent merely as a precautionary measure and will be so regarded.
