The plain- tier was duly appointed and has qualified as edmistrater of the estate of lequise Hanle Waber, nach appointment having been made by the Surrogate of Rasex Gounty, Nem Jersey, on June 17, 1035, 2. Tho plaintiff repeata the allegations of paragraphs 2 to 11 inclusive of the first counts 3.
