U. S. Radium Corp. ads Burcelli
Gentl emen:
We have your letter of July 31st disclaiming liability
for the American Mutual Liability Insurance Company on the above
cases.
Since you have declined defense in our behalf, we shall
defend these actionswith the expectation of recovering from the
American Mutual Liability Insurance Company their equitable
portion of the costs of the defense, and any judgments in case
the pending action now aginat the Insurance Companies is decided
by the Court of Errors and Appeals in our favor.
