Dear Itr. Markley
In response to your request of September 17th, enclos-
ing request from Mr. Emarglick for photostatic copies of el
ployment record of the above complainent; we are herewith en-
closing two photostatic copies of sane.
I shall be available all next week forthe purpose of
going over the facts of this case for preparation of trial and
suggest that you have your secretary make an appointment which
will meet with your pleasure.
