Dear Mr. Markley:
In response to your request of September 17th, enclos-
ing request from Mr. Emmerglick for photostatic copies of em-
ployment record of the above complainsnt; we are herewith en-
closing two photostatic copies of same.
I shall be available all next week forthe purpose of
going over the facts of this case for preparation of trial and
suggest that you have your secretary make an appointment which
will meet with your pleasure.
