S IR S : The plaintiffs herewith submit a bill of particulars pursuant to the demand of the defendant: 1. Plaintiff, named in complaint, is 32 years old. Deceased was 31. 2. Louise Hanle. 3. At the present time the only information of the plaintiffs is that the employment commenced some time in 1917 and concluded some time in 1920. 4. Uninterrupted. 5. The decedent painted the dials of watches with a luminous paint which she mixed up from a powder and adhesive of gum arabic and a thinner of water, and applied the same with a small camel's hair brush which she was instructed to repeated- ly point in her mouth in order to produce a fine point necessary for the prosecution of her work, in the course of which a small crucible of water was used for the purpose of removing en- crusted paint from the hairs of the brush. The deceased painted the dials of Yankee watches almost exclusively.
