Dear Mr. Barker:
In this matter Mr. Emmerglick informed me
today that there were three pieces of bone taken out of
the plaintiff's head; that these were tested by Dr.
Martland for radio-activity and he found that they were
radio-active.
I think it would be wise to interview
Dr. Martland and get all the information he can give us.
