Dear Mr. Barker:
In this matter Mr. Emmerglick informs me
that an autopsy was performed on the plaintiff's intestate
by Dr. Martland and that it is a very clear case of radium
poisoning. I think we ought to get a copy of the autopsy
from Dr. Martland. I have written to him for it. I also
think it would be wise for you to interview him and get all
the information he can give you.
