COLLINS & CORBIN COUNSELLORS AT LAW CLEMENT K. CORBIN ROBERT J. BAIN EDWARD A. MARKLEY CHARLES w. BROADHURST 1 EXCHANGE PLACE, HOWARD F. MC INTYRE JAMES B. EMORY JERSEY CITY, N. J. PATRICK F. MC DEVITT JOHN F. LEONARD JAMES J. LANGAN ADOLPH s. HUMMEL CHARLES H. SCHAFER RAYMOND J. LAMB EARLE J. HARRINGTON JOHN F. LYNCH October 1, 1935. Harold J. Weber, Administrator ad pros. of Louise Hanle Weber V. U. S. Radium Corp. - Howard H. Barker, Esq., Vice Pres., U. S. Radium Corp. 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Dear Mr. Barker: In this matter Mr. Emmerglick informs me that an autopsy was performed on the plaintiff's intestate by Dr. Martland and that it is a very clear case of radium poisoning. I think we ought to get a copy of the autopsy from Dr. Martland. I have written to him for it. I also think it would be wise for you to interview him and get all the information he can give you. Yours very truly, EAM:AG
