Dr. Herman Schlundt,
Room 110,
New Chemistry Building,
Columbia, Mo.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
Just alline to advise you that Judge Forman has finally
handed down his decision in the Laporte case, in which he dis-
missos the bill, in other words, he tells Mr. Emmerglick that
there was no fraud either constructive or actual practiced againat
Mrs. Laport.
are very gratified by the decision as we feel
that it will mean the cessation of litigation by former employees.
There is always the possibility of some new lagyer being willing
to go through the whole thing. But it is rather doubtful, in as
much as there is considerable time as well as expense attached to
it.
With the season's greetings and kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
Vice-President
