December 18, 1935 Dr. S. C. Lind, School of Chemistry, University of Minnesota, Minnespolis. Dear Dr. Lind: n Just a line to advise you that Judge Forman has finally handed down his decision in the Laporte case, in which he dis- misses the bill. In other words, he tells Mr. Emerglick that there was no fraud, either constructive or actual practiced against Mrs. Laporte. Naturally we are very gratified by the decision, as we feel that it will mean the cessation of litigation by former employees, There is always the possibility of some new lawyer being willing to go through the whole thing, but it is rather doubtful, in-as- much as there is considerable time, as well as expense attached to it. With the season's greetings and kindest regards, I am, Sincerely yours, H. H. Barker Vice-President HBarker:AF
