Dear Barker:
I have your letter of December 18 stating that
Judge Forman has handed down a decision favorable to your
company in the LaPorte case.
Naturally I am very glad to hear this. I always
felt that justice lay on that side but did not know enough
about the law to be able to predict just what might happen.
Please accept my congratulations and extend them to Mr. Lea
and to your lawyers.
