Dear Dr. Flinn:
Just a line to advise you that Judge Forman has finally
handed down his decision in the LaPorte case, which in effect,
states that there was no fraud practiced, and therefore, the
Court is compelled to dismiss the Bill. Naturally we are very
gratified with the decision, as The feel it probably means the
slowing-down, if not the end of further litigation in this dir-
ection.
We feel that the decision was due largely to the testi-
mony of our expert witnesses, and in this connection we wish to
again thank you for serving in our behalf.
